- the vision: build a smart, backyard avian observatory with a Raspberry Pi to document wildlife and share the journey.
- the technical stack: we chose wordpress for the site’s flexibility, namecheap for reliable hosting, and woocommerce for merch.
- the brand: the birdzOrz name was born, along with a clean logo from a designer on fiverr.
- the content: we created the project’s digital home on instagram and drafted the first content—from the bio to the highlight covers.
with the groundwork laid, it’s time to start building the observatory.
